DC Annual Community Meeting

DC

This is the moment we've all been waiting for! It's time for JUFJ to select our next DC campaigns! Dozens of people have guided our campaign selection process so far, thinking carefully about what change we can make in our city to move toward racial, social, and economic equity.

Join us to be in community, to eat together, and to help decide on our path forward. We will build this world with love — but we also need an action plan. Come to this meeting to connect with your community and determine the next steps JUFJ will take in DC.

The first half hour beginning at 6:30pm will be a general info session for those who are not familiar with JUFJ.

This month we will be preparing for our upcoming house meetings with our state legislators. Get ready for intimate, in-person conversations with your state legislators by practicing with us at Adat Shalom Reconstructionist Congregation. Experience a mock house meeting setting, and get trained in advocacy skills so that you are ready to represent progressive Jewish values this year.
