Mont. County Council: PHP Worksession on Rent Stabilization Regulations
Jewish tradition teaches us that everyone deserves a safe and stable home. Though Montgomery County passed a Rent Stabilization law last year that will cap the rent at a maximum of 6%, the regulations must pass before the bill can go into effect.
The Planning, Housing and Parks Committee (PHP) is holding a worksession on the proposed rent stabilization regulations on Thursday, July 18 in-person at the County Council Building. Join us and our partners at the Council Building at 2 PM ahead of the 2:35 PM worksession.
