Montgomery County Rent Stabilization Final Vote

Our Jewish traditions and texts teach us that everyone deserves a stable home, and JUFJ is fighting for the right to housing in Montgomery County!

Councilmembers will be debating amendments to a bill that would stabilize rent increases across the County. Join us and our coalition partners to pack the room in support of a strong bill that would cap rent increases at 6% or less, include all housing types, and include vacancy controls. The Council will likely be taking votes at this worksession, so our presence is especially important!
